    Rent to Own Home Finder was designed to help families get into the position they need for home ownership. We assist with this through rent to own homes, or even mortgage obtainment. We help throughout the entire process from getting our clients lender ready, all the way to helping them find down payment assistance through first time home buyer programs. We follow an easy 3 step process followed by consistant assistance from one of our credit coaches.

    It is important to know our clients total monthly household income. That includes the client, their spouse or significant other, child support payments, or any income they currently have for the household. Knowing our clients income ensures we are offering them the right process that best fits their budget.
